Laurie Wu was excellent at handling our case obtaining a visitor visa for my mother-in-law who is a Chinese citizen. She is always very prompt and methodical and explaining details and preparing necessary materials. Her Chinese language skills were also very helpful in explaining the interview process to my mother-in-law who does not speak English.
